The Board of Directors currently consists of Joseph Latino and Linda Sharkus. AcquiSci anticipates developing its Board of Directors commensurate with the infusion of capital. In addition to Joseph Latino and Linda Sharkus, AcquiSci anticipate adding a person with expertise in finance and one with experience in either the neurological space or medical device arena. Prior to commencement of pivotal multi-site Phase III trials, the Company intends to engage a full-time Medical Director with expertise in clinical stroke research.
